VisualFlow helps venue operators forecast cash flow. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect and how we use it. As a draft, sections may change before launch.
Information we collect
Account details you provide (name, work email), the financial data you connect or enter (balances, bills, deposits, expense records), and basic technical data needed to run the service. We do not sell your data.
How we use it
To provide the forecast, keep your account secure, and operate the product. We access connected financial accounts only to display and project your cash position.
Cookies
VisualFlow uses only essential session cookies for sign in and account security, set by our authentication provider (Supabase). We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and we do not share cookie data with third parties for those purposes. Because we use essential cookies only, no cookie consent banner is required.
Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to remove your data, and we will delete it unless we are required to keep it for legal reasons.
